SOLAR TRAINING IN DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA
A 40-Hour Class Brought to You by White House Solar Design & Installation
Beginning March 22nd at a site TBD in Durban, South Africa, solar expert Professor Sean White will instruct a 40-hour Solar PV Design & Installation course that will qualify you to sit for an internationally recognized exam and earn a certificate.
Photovoltaic systems produce power with semiconductors configured in series and parallel connections. It is very important to have the knowledge to know how to install solar PV systems safely and in a manner that will harvest the maximum amount of energy. An improperly configured system will produce low or no energy. This course will cover how to install and design systems and will focus upon the intricacies of interconnecting systems to the existing grid and will also cover grid tied systems with battery backup and battery based stand alone photovoltaic systems. Financial systems, such as Feed-in-tariffs, net-metering and power purchase agreements (PPA) will also be covered in this course.
If you live in or near Durban, South Africa, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a course taught by a true solar expert that will help you gain the knowledge necessary to begin understanding the future of energy and solar PV systems.
